Ingredients

🍞 4 slices sourdough (or your favorite crusty bread)
πŸ₯„ 2 tbsp honey mustard
πŸ§€ 2 slices white cheddar cheese (cut in half)
πŸ— 4 slices deli turkey
πŸ… Thin slices from 1 medium tomato
πŸ₯¬ Β½ cup fresh baby spinach
πŸ₯“ 4 strips cooked bacon
🧈 2 tbsp softened butter


Instructions

πŸ”Ή Assemble the Sandwiches:

1️⃣ Lay out 4 slices of bread. Spread Β½ tbsp honey mustard on each.
2️⃣ Place Β½ slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
3️⃣ On 2 slices, layer 2 slices turkey, tomato slices, and ΒΌ cup spinach.
4️⃣ On the other 2 slices, add 2 strips of bacon.
5️⃣ Close the sandwiches, placing the bacon side down onto the turkey side.
