Ingredients
π 4 slices sourdough (or your favorite crusty bread)
π₯ 2 tbsp honey mustard
π§ 2 slices white cheddar cheese (cut in half)
π 4 slices deli turkey

Thin slices from 1 medium tomato
π₯¬ Β½ cup fresh baby spinach
π₯ 4 strips cooked bacon
π§ 2 tbsp softened butter
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Lay out 4 slices of bread. Spread Β½ tbsp honey mustard on each.
2οΈβ£ Place Β½ slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
3οΈβ£ On 2 slices, layer 2 slices turkey, tomato slices, and ΒΌ cup spinach.
4οΈβ£ On the other 2 slices, add 2 strips of bacon.
5οΈβ£ Close the sandwiches, placing the bacon side down onto the turkey side.
1οΈβ£ Spread Β½ tbsp butter on the outside of each slice (4 sides total).
2οΈβ£ Heat a skillet over medium heat and place sandwiches in the pan.
3οΈβ£ Toast for 3β4 minutes per side until golden brown and melty.
4οΈβ£ Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite sides!
