Ingredients

🍞 4 slices sourdough (or your favorite crusty bread)
🥄 2 tbsp honey mustard
🧀 2 slices white cheddar cheese (cut in half)
🍗 4 slices deli turkey
🍅 Thin slices from 1 medium tomato
🥬 ½ cup fresh baby spinach
🥓 4 strips cooked bacon
🧈 2 tbsp softened butter


Instructions

🔹 Assemble the Sandwiches:

1️⃣ Lay out 4 slices of bread. Spread ½ tbsp honey mustard on each.
2️⃣ Place ½ slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
3️⃣ On 2 slices, layer 2 slices turkey, tomato slices, and ¼ cup spinach.
4️⃣ On the other 2 slices, add 2 strips of bacon.
5️⃣ Close the sandwiches, placing the bacon side down onto the turkey side.

🔹 Toast the Sandwiches:

1️⃣ Spread ½ tbsp butter on the outside of each slice (4 sides total).
2️⃣ Heat a skillet over medium heat and place sandwiches in the pan.
3️⃣ Toast for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and melty.
4️⃣ Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite sides!
