These air-fried teriyaki salmon bites are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly caramelized. Ingredients

🐟 For the Teriyaki Salmon:
✔️ 2 salmon filets (Atlantic, King, or Sockeye)
✔️ 2 tbsp coconut aminos
✔️ 1 tsp sesame oil
✔️ 1 tbsp honey
✔️ ½ tsp garlic powder
✔️ ½ tsp sea salt

🌶 For the Spicy Yogurt Sauce:
✔️ ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
✔️ 1 tsp hot sauce
✔️ ½ tsp chipotle powder
✔️ ½ tsp paprika
✔️ 1 tsp olive oil

🥑 For the Rice Bowls:
✔️ 2 cups cooked brown rice
✔️ ½ cup cooked edamame
✔️ ½ avocado, sliced


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the salmon: Pat dry, remove the skin, and cut into 2-inch cubes.
2️⃣ Marinate: Mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Coat the salmon cubes and let sit for 3 minutes. Reserve 1 tbsp of marinade for later.
3️⃣ Air Fry: Arrange salmon pieces in the air fryer basket with space between them. Cook at 400°F for 7 minutes until crispy.
4️⃣ Make the sauce: Mix yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil until smooth.
5️⃣ Assemble: Fill a bowl with 1 cup brown rice, top with salmon bites, add edamame & avocado slices. Drizzle with reserved marinade & spicy yogurt sauce.
