Ingredients
- 2 small cabbage heads
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.
2️⃣ Cut each cabbage into thick slices (about ¾-1 inch thick).
3️⃣ Place cabbage steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4️⃣ Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
5️⃣ Flip and repeat seasoning on the other side. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
6️⃣ Bake for 25 minutes until edges are crispy and the center is tender. Serve hot!
