Ingredients
✔️ 8 oz fettuccine pasta (or your favorite)
✔️ 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
✔️ ½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
✔️ 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)
✔️ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 1 cup heavy cream
✔️ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔️ 1 tbsp butter
✔️ Salt & pepper to taste
✔️ 🌿 Garnish: Chopped parsley & red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain & set aside.
2️⃣ Season steak & shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning each.
3️⃣ Sear the steak in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat (2-3 min per side). Set aside.
4️⃣ Cook the shrimp in the same skillet with remaining olive oil (2-3 min per side). Set aside.
5️⃣ Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic (1 min), add heavy cream & bring to a simmer. Slowly whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season to taste.
6️⃣ Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce, then fold in steak & shrimp. Thin the sauce with pasta water if needed.
7️⃣ Serve hot, garnished with parsley & red pepper flakes for an extra kick! 🌿🔥
