Some breakfasts are just too good to resist, and these Crack Breakfast Sliders are one of them! 🍳🥓 Soft Hawaiian rolls stuffed with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese—then brushed with a buttery ranch topping. Every bite is packed with flavor! Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even a quick dinner. Once you try these, they’ll be on repeat in your kitchen! ❤️

  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked & chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (12-oz) package Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep & Cook Eggs – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in butter over medium heat, then set aside.

2️⃣ Cook Bacon – Fry bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.

3️⃣ Assemble Sliders – Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half (without separating them). Place the bottom half in the baking dish. Layer with 1 cup of cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese. Place the top buns back on.

4️⃣ Make Ranch Butter – Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix and brush over the tops of the rolls.

5️⃣ Bake & Serve – Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm. Serve immediately!
