1/4 tsp finely ground Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Pour warm water into a glass or mug.
Stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and honey (if using).
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, morning or evening.
Notes
Add a pinch of grated ginger for digestion.
Skip honey for a low-sugar version.
Use cold water in summer for a cooling twist.
Garnish with fresh mint or add a splash of coconut water for extra electrolytes.
