Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped

1/2 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped

1/2 cup salami, finely diced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, diced

1/4 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

In a large bowl, mix chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce.

Add salami, mozzarella, chickpeas, and Parmesan.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
