1 ½ cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ cup orange juice or milk of choice
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if mangoes aren’t sweet enough)
4–5 ice cubes (for extra chill and thickness)
Instructions
Add mango, banana, yogurt, and juice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey if you want more sweetness.
Add ice and blend again for a frosty finish.
Pour and enjoy immediately — it’s sunshine in a glass!
