Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
2️⃣ Stir in the sliced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
