Ingredients

✔️ 1 lb lean ground beef
✔️ 1 small onion, chopped
✔️ 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 4 cups beef or chicken broth
✔️ 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
✔️ 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
✔️ 1 can (15 oz) chili beans in sauce
✔️ 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
✔️ 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
✔️ 1 tbsp chili powder
✔️ 2 tsp cumin
✔️ 1 tsp oregano
✔️ 1 tsp onion powder
✔️ 1 tsp garlic powder
✔️ Salt, pepper & cayenne to taste


Instructions

🔥 Stovetop Version:
1️⃣ Brown the ground beef & onions in a large pot (5-7 min). Add garlic & cook for 2 more min.
2️⃣ Stir in broth, beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, and seasonings. Mix well.
3️⃣ Cover & simmer for 15-30 min for deep flavor.
4️⃣ Serve hot with toppings like cheese, sour cream, avocado, or tortilla chips!

🐢 Slow Cooker Version:
1️⃣ Add raw beef to the slow cooker (or brown it first for extra flavor).
2️⃣ Add all other ingredients & stir.
3️⃣ Cook on high for 4-6 hrs or low for 8-10 hrs.
4️⃣ Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings!

Notes

🔸 Want it spicier? Add more cayenne or diced jalapeño! 🌶️
🔸 Swap ground beef for turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
🔸 A squeeze of lime juice before serving adds a fresh zing! 🍋
