For the Bread Pudding:

1 (16 oz) loaf French bread

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1½ cups milk

1½ cups heavy cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

For the Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp flour

½ cup sugar

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13″ baking dish.
2️⃣ Cut bread into 1–2″ pieces and place in a large bowl.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
4️⃣ Pour over the bread and let it soak for 20 minutes, gently stirring.
5️⃣ Transfer mixture to baking dish and bake 50–60 minutes until center is set.
6️⃣ While it bakes, make the sauce: Whisk sugar, flour, and cream in a saucepan.
7️⃣ Add butter and heat until melted and gently boiling. Stir until slightly thickened, remove from heat, and stir in vanilla.
8️⃣ Drizzle over warm bread pudding and serve with love!
