Ingredients

✅ 1 ½ dozen fully cooked meatballs (homemade or store-bought)
✅ 24 oz jar marinara sauce (or homemade)
✅ ½ yellow onion, diced
✅ 3 cloves garlic, crushed
✅ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
✅ 2 tbsp olive oil
✅ ¾ lb spaghetti noodles
✅ 1-2 cups grated cheese (half Colby-Jack, half mozzarella)
✅ ½ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

1️⃣ In a large cast-iron skillet (10-12″), sauté onions in olive oil over medium-low heat until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
2️⃣ Stir in cooked meatballs, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large pot according to package directions, but undercook by 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Remove meatballs from the sauce and set aside. Add spaghetti directly into the skillet, along with ½ cup of pasta water. Gently toss until coated.
5️⃣ Place the meatballs on top of the pasta, then sprinkle generously with grated cheese and Parmesan.
6️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
7️⃣ Serve warm and enjoy every cheesy, saucy bite!
