Ingredients

1 (1L) jar sauerkraut, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sweet onion, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
2 tbsp pimento
🍶 Dressing:
½ cup white vinegar
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, green pepper, onion, celery, and pimento.
In a separate bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar, salt, and celery seed.
Pour dressing over salad, stir well.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
