1 cup light coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together.

Pour into 2 jars or airtight containers.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight).

After 1–2 hours, stir well and return to fridge.

When ready, top with fresh fruit or enjoy as-is!
