Ingredients

  • 1 cup light coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together.

  • Pour into 2 jars or airtight containers.

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight).

  • After 1–2 hours, stir well and return to fridge.

  • When ready, top with fresh fruit or enjoy as-is!
