Every Fourth of July, my aunt would bring this joyful, layered treat to our family BBQ. Kids would giggle over the sprinkles while the adults sneaked seconds. With creamy cheesecake, bright jello, and a buttery Oreo crust, it’s like a celebration in every bite. Whether for a holiday or sunny weekend, this no-bake dessert is the star of the show.
Ingredients
Golden Oreo Crust:
36 Golden Oreo cookies
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 Tbsp each red, white & blue sprinkles (optional)
Blueberry Cheesecake Layer:
6 oz berry blue gelatin
⅔ cup boiling water
½ cup cold Greek yogurt
1½ cups fresh blueberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
Strawberry Jello Layer:
6 oz strawberry gelatin
1¼ cup boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
4 cups sliced strawberries
Topping:
2 cups whipped cream
Red, white & blue sprinkles or confetti stars
Instructions
Make the Crust
Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter and sprinkles. Press into a 9×13 pan. Chill in fridge.
Blueberry Cheesecake Layer
Dissolve berry gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in yogurt. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and gelatin, then blueberries. Spread over crust. Chill until set.
Strawberry Layer
Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, then add iced water. Stir in strawberries. Pour gently over blueberry layer. Chill until firm.
Add Topping
Spread whipped cream over top. Decorate with sprinkles. Chill 2+ hours or overnight.
