Ingredients
✅ 6 oz Strawberry Jello
✅ 2 cups boiling water
✅ 2 cups crushed pretzels
✅ ¼ cup sugar
✅ 8 tbsp unsalted butter
✅ 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
✅ ½ cup sugar
✅ 8 oz whipped topping (thawed)
✅ 1 lb fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water and let cool to room temp.
3️⃣ Make the crust: Melt butter, mix with sugar and crushed pretzels. Press into a 9×13 pan.
4️⃣ Bake crust for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
5️⃣ Cream layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over pretzel crust. Chill for 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Mix strawberries into cooled jello, then pour over cream cheese layer.
7️⃣ Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
