1️⃣ Prep & Mix: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk cake mix & baking powder. In a larger bowl, mix eggs & oil with an electric hand mixer. Combine dry and wet ingredients until smooth.

2️⃣ Roll & Coat: Scoop 1 tbsp-sized cookie dough balls and roll them in powdered sugar until fully coated.

3️⃣ Bake: Place cookies 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until tops are crinkly and edges are lightly golden. Let cookies rest for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
