Vanilla Cheesecake
24 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla
4 eggs
Strawberry Cake
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp strawberry extract
6 egg whites
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup strawberry purée
Pink food color
Frosting
16 oz cream cheese
3 cups heavy cream
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
Strawberries for garnish
Instructions
Cheesecake: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs. Bake at 325°F for 60–70 mins. Chill.
Cake: Cream butter, sugar, sour cream, and extract. Add egg whites. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and purée. Bake in two pans at 350°F for 25–30 mins.
Frosting: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Slowly add cold cream until fluffy.
Assemble: Layer cake, cheesecake, then cake. Frost and top with berries.
