4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden and tender.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
