Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden and tender.

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
