4 large egg whites (132g)
3 tbsp unflavored pea protein or blend (19g)
1 tbsp whole husk psyllium (7g)
½ cup fresh spinach (15g)
Optional: garlic & onion powder
Instructions
Preheat griddle over low-medium heat and grease lightly.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour half the batter onto the griddle, spread thin.
Flip after a few minutes.
Repeat for second wrap.
Cool and store in the fridge—or fill and enjoy!
