Smoked Sausage BBQ Bombs

Ingredients

1 pack of smoked sausage (sliced into bite-sized pieces)

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder
Toothpicks


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a sausage slice in the center.

Top with a bit of BBQ sauce and shredded cheese.

Fold the dough over and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
