Ingredients
• 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (plus extra to taste)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta (cooked separately)
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place in slow cooker with garlic, heavy cream, chicken broth, butter, and a pinch of salt.
Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
Remove chicken, shred or slice, and return to sauce.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add cooked pasta, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.
