Ingredients

✅ 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
✅ 1 cup applesauce (or mashed banana)
✅ 1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
✅ ¼ cup ground flaxseed
✅ ¼ cup chia seeds
✅ ¼ cup pure maple syrup
✅ 1 tsp cinnamon
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, mix all 8 ingredients until well combined.

3️⃣ Shape the Cookies:

  • Form 12 balls and flatten each into a cookie shape (each about ¼ cup of dough).
