Ingredients
✅ 1½ lbs kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼” thick
✅ 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed & halved
✅ 2 (15 oz) cans green beans, drained
✅ ⅛ cup vegetable oil
✅ ¼ cup butter
✅ 1 cup onions, chopped
✅ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅ 1 tsp black pepper
✅ ½ tsp red pepper flakes
✅ ¼ cup water
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
2️⃣ In a large resealable bag, add potatoes, oil, and seasonings. Shake well to coat.
3️⃣ In a skillet, cook sausage with water over medium-high heat until browned. Let cool, then add to the bag.
4️⃣ Melt butter in the same pan, sauté onions & garlic until translucent. Let cool, then add to the bag and shake.
5️⃣ Add green beans to the bag, shake to mix, then pour everything into the baking dish.
6️⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
7️⃣ Carefully remove from the oven & enjoy!
