Ingredients
✔️ 2 lbs. baby blue melting chocolate
✔️ Robin Egg candy
✔️ Easter sprinkles
✔️ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
✔️ Water (to mix with cocoa)
Instructions
1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate: Use a double boiler or microwave to melt the blue chocolate until smooth.
2️⃣ Spread It Out: Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and smooth it out evenly.
3️⃣ Decorate: Sprinkle with Robin Egg candies and Easter sprinkles.
4️⃣ Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
5️⃣ Make the Speckles: Mix cocoa powder with water until it reaches a paint-like consistency. Using a basting brush, flick the mixture onto the frozen chocolate for a speckled effect.
