✔️ 2 tbsp olive oil

✔️ ½ tsp ground paprika
✔️ ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
✔️ Black pepper, to taste
✔️ Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 420°F (220°C). Place a rimmed baking sheet inside to heat up.
2️⃣ Season the potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
3️⃣ Roast: Remove the hot baking sheet, lightly coat it with oil, and spread potatoes cut-side down in a single layer. Tuck in rosemary sprigs.
