Blueberry Lemonade

Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 56 lemons)

1/2 cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

5 cups cold water

Ice

Optional: lemon slices & extra raspberries for garnish


Instructions

In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until berries break down.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

In a large pitcher, stir together lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and remaining water.

Chill or serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices and raspberries if desired.
