2 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper.
Toss in the chicken chunks and coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes (or longer if you’ve got time).
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot. Serve with ranch dip or a squeeze of lemon!
