Ingredients

1 pack instant ramen (discard the seasoning)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic (minced or powder)
1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
Splash of lime juice
1 cup sautéed cabbage or frozen stir-fry vegetables
Optional protein: scrambled egg, leftover chicken, or tofu
Instructions
Cook ramen noodles and drain.
In the same pot or bowl, stir in peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, and lime juice until creamy.
Toss in veggies and your choice of protein.
Stir everything together and serve hot!
