Ingredients
✅ 2 small chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces
✅ ¾ cup buttermilk
✅ ½ tsp salt
✅ ¾ cup cornflour
✅ 1 tbsp smoked paprika
✅ 1 tbsp dried oregano
✅ 1 tbsp mustard powder
✅ 3 tbsp oil (for deep frying*)
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix chicken, buttermilk, and salt. Let sit for 10-30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Coating:
- In another bowl, whisk together cornflour, smoked paprika, oregano, and mustard powder.
3️⃣ Fry to Perfection:
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drain chicken from buttermilk, coat in the dry mixture, and fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels, season with extra salt, and enjoy!

- Oven: Bake at 375°F for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
