Instructions
1️⃣ Brown the Beef

- Add ground beef and cook without stirring until a deep brown crust forms on the bottom.

- Remove the beef and set aside, leaving the fat in the skillet.
2️⃣ Cook the Vegetables
- Add butter to the same skillet.
- Toss in onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Let them brown without stirring for 1-2 minutes to develop caramelization.
- Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until soft and golden.
3️⃣ Combine Everything
- Return the beef to the skillet.
- In a cup, whisk together beef broth & cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour into the skillet along with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and let it cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
4️⃣ Add the Cheese
- Turn off the heat and stir in chopped Provolone cheese.
- Mix until perfectly melted and gooey. 🤤
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve
