✔️ 1 lb beef steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), thinly sliced
✔️ 2 tbsp soy sauce
✔️ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
✔️ 1 tsp cornstarch
✔️ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
✔️ 1 red bell pepper, sliced
✔️ 1 green bell pepper, sliced
✔️ 1 onion, sliced
✔️ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 1 tsp ginger, grated
✔️ ¼ cup beef broth or water
✔️ Salt & pepper to taste
1️⃣ Marinate beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, sear beef for 1-2 minutes per side, then set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add the remaining oil and sauté bell peppers & onions for 3-4 minutes.
