8 fully cooked sausage patties
4 eggs
1 tbsp milk or cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay frozen pancakes (bottom side up) on a baking sheet.
While they warm up (7–9 mins), scramble eggs with milk over medium heat until just set.
In a small bowl, microwave butter and maple syrup for 20–25 seconds until melted.
Once pancakes are warm, brush the bottoms with the maple butter.
On half the pancakes, layer a sausage patty and a scoop of scrambled eggs.
Top with another pancake and secure with a toothpick.
Serve warm and enjoy the smiles!
