Cake
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (+ ingredients listed on the box)
Pudding Layer
- 12.8 oz hot fudge
- 3.4 oz chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 ¾ cup milk
Topping
- 30 Oreos, crushed
- 3.4 oz chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 ¾ cup milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
Cake
- Prepare the chocolate cake as directed on the box and bake.
- Cool for 10 minutes. Use the back of a spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
- Microwave hot fudge until pourable, then evenly drizzle over the cake, letting it soak into the holes. Cool completely.
Pudding Layer
4. Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk. Before it fully sets, spread it over the cooled cake. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Topping
5. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk and let it set for 10 minutes.
6. Fold in thawed Cool Whip and ¾ of the crushed Oreos. Spread this mixture evenly over the cake.
7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
