1️⃣ Prep Your Workspace
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Oreo Mixture
Blend the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender. Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of crumbs for garnishing. Transfer the rest to a large mixing bowl and add softened cream cheese. Using a hand mixer, blend until fully combined.
3️⃣ Shape the Balls
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Freeze the Oreo balls for at least 20 minutes to firm them up.
4️⃣ Melt the Chocolate
Chop your chocolate and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-30 second intervals. Stir after each interval until smooth and fully melted.
5️⃣ Dip and Decorate
Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out and gently tap off any excess chocolate. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet. Sprinkle with the reserved Oreo crumbs while the chocolate is still wet.
6️⃣ Chill and Enjoy
Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Serve and watch them disappear!
