Description

Looking for a restaurant-quality meal that’s easy to make at home? This Stuffed Chicken Breast is a perfect blend of juicy, tender chicken filled with a creamy, cheesy spinach filling. Whether it’s a family dinner or a special occasion, this dish will impress everyone at the table! 🤩

Ingredients

✔️ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✔️ 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
✔️ ½ cup cream cheese, softened
✔️ ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
✔️ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔️ 1 garlic clove, minced
✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ ¼ tsp black pepper
✔️ 🌿 Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice a pocket in the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
2️⃣ Make the filling: Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt & pepper until smooth.
3️⃣ Stuff the chicken: Fill each chicken breast with the mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
4️⃣ Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Bake: Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6️⃣ Serve & enjoy! Remove toothpicks, garnish with fresh parsley, and pair with your favorite sides.

Notes

✔️ Swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt for a lighter version!
✔️ Add a zest of lemon or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
✔️ Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness
