1 chuck roast (3–4 lbs)

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 packet au jus gravy mix

¼ cup butter

4–5 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions

Place roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over the top.

Add pepperoncini peppers and butter on top.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours—no water or broth needed!

Shred and serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
Notes
For a full one-pot meal, toss in some quartered potatoes and baby carrots during the last 1–2 hours of cooking.
