Mississippi Pot Roast (The BEST Ever!)

Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast (34 lbs)

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 45 pepperoncini peppers


Instructions

  • Place roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus mixes over the top.

  • Add pepperoncini peppers and butter on top.

  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours—no water or broth needed!

  • Shred and serve with mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.

Notes

For a full one-pot meal, toss in some quartered potatoes and baby carrots during the last 1–2 hours of cooking.
