Ingredients

🔹 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
🔹 1 packet (1 oz) au jus mix (or dry onion soup mix substitute – see notes)
🔹 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning
🔹 2 tbsp butter, sliced
🔹 6 pepperoncini peppers (or banana peppers for a milder flavor)


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Slow Cooker:
🍗 Place chicken in the slow cooker.
🌿 Sprinkle au jus mix and ranch seasoning over the chicken.
🧈 Top with butter slices and pepperoncini.

2️⃣ Cook:
Low for 3 hours OR High for 1.5–2 hours.
🌡 Check doneness with a meat thermometer (165°F / 75°C).

3️⃣ Shred & Serve:
