1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 large egg
Topping:

1/4 cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tsp mustard
-
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease or line a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Mix well until fully combined.

Evenly divide the mixture into the 12 muffin cups, pressing down gently.

In a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients. Spoon a bit on top of each muffin.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through (internal temp 160°F).

Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
