8 chicken drumsticks
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment.
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon, maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Toss drumsticks in the glaze, coating evenly.
Arrange in the baking dish and roast for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until golden and cooked through.
Let cool slightly. Serve warm, room temp, or chilled!
