Ground beef (80/20 works best)
Mac & cheese (prepped and frozen into small pucks)
Bacon strips
Pickles
Toasted burger buns
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Flatten a thin layer of ground beef on the griddle, place a frozen mac & cheese puck in the center, then top with another thin beef layer.
Seal edges and smash slightly—then sear both sides until golden and cooked through.
Toast buns and cook bacon until crisp.
Assemble: bun, stuffed burger, bacon, pickles, and top bun.
Serve hot and gooey!
