Ingredients

For the Chicken:

✔ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✔ 1 tsp salt
✔ ½ tsp black pepper
✔ ½ tsp garlic powder
✔ ½ tsp paprika
✔ 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
✔ ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)

For the Parmesan Topping:

✔ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔ ½ cup ranch dressing
✔ ¼ cup mayonnaise
✔ 2 garlic cloves, minced
✔ ½ tsp Italian seasoning
✔ ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Parmesan Crust:

✔ ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
✔ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✔ 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
✔ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

🔸 Pound the Chicken: Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap & pound to ½-inch thickness for even cooking.
🔸 Season: Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika, then rub evenly over the chicken.

2️⃣ Sear the Chicken

🔸 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
🔸 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
🔸 Sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
🔸 Transfer skillet to the oven & bake for 10-12 minutes (internal temp 165°F/74°C).

3️⃣ Make the Parmesan Topping

🔸 In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning & red pepper flakes until smooth.
🔸 (Optional) Stir in ½ cup mozzarella cheese for extra gooeyness!

4️⃣ Make the Parmesan Crust

🔸 In a separate bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese & melted butter until crumbly.

5️⃣ Assemble & Broil
