Air fry hashbrown patties at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and air fry for another 3–5 minutes to melt.

Mix sour cream, chives, and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.

Top each crispy hashbrown with the sour cream mix, more cheese, bacon, ranch drizzle, and extra chives.
