Ingredients
✅ 1 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
✅ 4 oz sour cream
✅ 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
✅ 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
✅ 2 tbsp chives, snipped
✅ 3 tbsp butter
✅ ¼ tsp garlic powder
✅ Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Cauliflower:
- Steam or microwave the cauliflower with a little water until tender (5-8 minutes). Drain any excess water.
2️⃣ Mash (Optional):
- For a mashed potato-like texture, blend cauliflower in a food processor until fluffy.
3️⃣ Add Creamy Goodness:
