4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup chicken broth or water
Fresh parsley or lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken to the skillet and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden.
Add broth or water to the pan, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove lid and let liquid reduce slightly for extra flavor. Garnish and serve!
