Vegetables: Sliced bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, or spinach
Egg: A fried egg on top for added richness

Instructions

Rice Cooker: Rinse rice, add water, and cook per instructions.
Instant Pot: Rinse rice, add water, cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, then natural release.
Brown the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart.
Add flavor: Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Season it up: Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions, then let it simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Start with rice: Spoon a generous portion into your bowl.
Layer the beef: Add the savory ground beef on top.
Add veggies & toppings: Steam some broccoli, add bell peppers, or top with kimchi & a fried egg.
Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions.
