Ingredients
2–3 oz smoked salmon
2 hard-boiled or poached eggs
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup cucumber slices
1 tbsp cream cheese or goat cheese (optional)
Lemon wedges, salt, pepper, and fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
