Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a bowl, combine all three cheeses. Scoop small mounds (about 1 tbsp each) onto the baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart.
Gently flatten each mound and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
Bake for 7–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let cool on the pan to crisp up before serving.
