- 8 street taco-sized keto zero-carb tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Keto Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 3 tsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1/4 tsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Make the Smash Burgers:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into 8 equal-sized balls.
- Press each ball of beef onto a tortilla, spreading it evenly to cover the entire surface.
- Place the tortilla meat-side down onto the heated skillet. Smash flat with a spatula and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the burger, place a slice of American cheese on top, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to crisp the tortilla and melt the cheese.
Make the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles, mustard, sugar-free ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Burgers:
- Spread the Big Mac sauce over each burger.
- Top with shredded lettuce and two pickle slices per burger.
- Serve hot and enjoy the flavors of a Big Mac without the carbs!
