6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced in half
3 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
3 slices cheddar cheese, halved
1 avocado, sliced or mashed
Salt and pepper to taste
Toothpicks for assembly
Instructions
Slice the boiled eggs in half lengthwise. These will be your “buns.”
On the flat side of one egg half, layer cheddar, bacon, and a slice or spoon of avocado.
Top with the other egg half, round side up, to form a slider.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then secure with a toothpick.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate and enjoy within 24 hours.
